serves as a Commissioner for the Police and Fire for one of the largest cities in the USA and serves as a
Commissioner for the Airport Commission in Colorado which hosts Peterson Space Force while also serving the TRE
which spends up to $40 million a year helping disabled Americans with services and health care. Mentz has served global boards or advised: The Global Finance Forum, World
eCommerce Forum, top banks such as HSBC and Bank of China, UN, Arab Academy of Banking, African Economists
Association & Counselor Mentz has even been accepted as an expert in USA securities arbitration &
mediation. Mentz and his companies have been featured or quoted in Forbes, Reuters, Wall St. Journal, The Hindu
National, El Norte Latin America, the Financial Times, NYSSA, The China Daily, & The Arab Times. Mentz
enjoys tennis, travel, raising 3 children, and serving as the titular Seigneur of the Fief Blondel which is one
of the oldest legally recognized fiefdoms in the UK Crown Dependencies.
During a recent
visit to Asia where Mentz was a VIP speaker at the Asia Economic Forum, Counselor George Mentz was bestowed the
noble title of Datuk Seri, a high order of merit akin to a “Viscount Title” acknowledging his extensive
charitable work and leadership in education. This “Title of Nobility” of Datuk Seri is conferred by a
Sultan/Raj Sovereign with the review and sanction of the elders and government. In 2022, Mentz was knighted into the esteemed Order of St. Georg
Habsburg-Lorraine in 2022 by Karl von Habsburg (Erzherzog von Österreich) and Mentz attended the world’s oldest
Feudal Court in 2022 as the Seigneur of Fief Blondel in Normandy. For his volunteer service and dedication to
excellence, Mentz has been awarded honorary doctorates,

· The JD Degree is a professional doctorate.
Many nations internationally do not know that the law degree in the USA is now a doctorate level degree. In many EU
nations, the Dr./Jur is used to signify that a person has a doctorate and not an LLB or bachelors of
law. The JD degree under the ABA Rules is the same level qualification
as a PhD as the JD is a 90 credit hour degree that requires government exams for licensing in contrast to other
doctorates in academia.
